About Principe Borghese
Principe Borghese is the traditional Italian variety used for sun-drying, with small plum-shaped fruits that have very little moisture and concentrate into intensely flavored dried tomatoes. The determinate plants produce massive crops of uniform fruits perfect for drying. This is the authentic sun-dried tomato variety.
Growing Tips
Plant closely for high yields. Determinate — harvest all at once. Split fruits partially and sun-dry or use a dehydrator for 12-18 hours.
